125 Remedial directions—power to issue directions under different provisions
The power to give a direction under a provision of this Division to a person in relation to a matter does not limit: (a) the power of the Regulator or the Minister to give a direction to the person in relation to the same (or a different) matter under another provision of this Division; or (b) the power of the Regulator to give a direction to the person in relation to the same (or a different) matter under section 121.
