85 Time for commencing prosecutions
[Section 85 Amended by No. 29 of 2022, s. 63, Applied:14 Dec 2022] Notwithstanding anything in any other Act, proceedings for an offence against this Act may not be instituted later than 2 years after an authorised officer becomes aware of the act or omission alleged to constitute the offence.
