[Section 45 Amended by No. 29 of 2022, s. 59, Applied:14 Dec 2022] Where the Administrator is satisfied that a licence holder, including a person who holds a licence by virtue of holding deemed registration, has lost or misplaced his or her certificate of identification, the Administrator may issue a duplicate certificate of identification to him or her*.*
