43 Renewal of licence
[Section 43 Amended by No. 29 of 2022, s. 58, Applied:14 Dec 2022] [Section 43 Substituted by No. 20 of 2013, s. 71, Applied:20 Jun 2013] The Administrator may, on application by a licence holder, who does not hold the licence by virtue of holding deemed registration, and who can show continuing professional development satisfactory to the Administrator, renew the licence for a further period, not exceeding 3 years.
