319T Specific risk control measures—design and installation
An employer or a self-employed person who is required to use a system under regulation 319S must ensure that the system is designed and installed to—
(a) so far as is reasonably practicable, eliminate any risk of exposure to crystalline silica dust; or
(b) if it is not reasonably practicable to eliminate the risk, reduce the risk so far as is reasonably practicable.
