281 Laundering of clothing contaminated with asbestos
(1) An asbestos removal licence holder performing asbestos removal work must provide for the laundering of personal protective clothing that is likely to be contaminated with asbestos
at a laundry equipped to launder clothing contaminated with asbestos if that clothing is not contained and disposed of in accordance with regulations 279 and 280.
(2) If an asbestos removal licence holder performing asbestos removal work arranges for personal protective clothing that is likely to be contaminated with asbestos to be laundered, the licence holder must ensure that—
