280 Disposal of asbestos waste
An asbestos removal licence holder performing asbestos removal work must ensure that asbestos waste is disposed of—
Reg. 280(c) substituted by S.R. No. 88/2021 reg. 11(1).
(c) at a place or premises authorised under the Environment Protection Act 2017 or regulations made under that Act to receive asbestos waste.
