32  Records must be available for inspection

Offence—failure to make records available to an inspector on request

 (1) The operator of a prescribed ship or prescribed unit must ensure that a record mentioned in the table in subclause 31(2) is made available to an inspector on request by the inspector.

Records to be made available to employee

 (2) The operator of a prescribed ship or prescribed unit must ensure that a record mentioned in the table in subclause 31(2) is made available to an employee to whom the record relates on request by the employee.
