10 Form of provisional improvement notices
For the purposes of paragraph 120(1)(e) of the Act, a provisional improvement notice issued by a health and safety representative for a designated work group to the person in command under subsection 58(1) of the Act must be in accordance with Form 1 in Schedule 4.
