91 Offences by authorised representatives An authorised representative must not— (a) intentionally and unreasonably hinder or obstruct any employer or employee; or (b) intentionally intimidate or threaten any employer or employee; or (c) intentionally use or disclose, for a purpose not reasonably connected with the exercise of a power under this Part, information that was acquired from any employer or employee; or S. 91(ca) inserted by No. 36/2021 s. 31. (ca) intentionally use, disclose or provide to another person, for a purpose not reasonably connected with the exercise of a power under this Part, photographs or measurements taken or sketches or recordings made in the exercise of a power under section 89(1)(ba); or (d) intentionally exercise or purport to exercise a power under this Part other than for the purpose of enquiring into a suspected contravention of this Act or the regulations.
