81 Who may hold an entry permit A person may only hold an entry permit as an authorised representative of a registered employee organisation if he or she— (a) is a permanent employee or officer of the organisation, whether engaged on a full-time or part-time basis; and (b) has satisfactorily completed a course of training approved (in writing) by the Authority for the purposes of this paragraph; and (c) is not disqualified from holding an entry permit by an order of the Magistrates' Court.
