50 Guidelines for negotiations involving multiple employers (1) The Authority may publish guidelines about conducting negotiations concerning designated work groups (including negotiations for a variation of an agreement) under this Division. (2) The parties to such negotiations must have regard to the guidelines (if any) in conducting those negotiations.
