39C What does *conduct* mean? (1) For the purposes of this Part, ***conduct*** means— (a) an act; or (b) an omission to perform an act. (2) An omission to perform an act on or after the commencement of this Part is ***conduct*** for the purposes of this Part regardless of whether an occasion for performing that act arose before that commencement.
