155 Legal professional privilege and client legal privilege not affected Nothing in this Act or the regulations— S. 155(a) amended by No. 69/2009 s. 54(Sch. Pt 1 item 40.3). (a) entitles or requires a person to disclose information that is the subject of legal professional privilege or client legal privilege; or S. 155(b) amended by No. 69/2009 s. 54(Sch. Pt 1 item 40.3). (b) affects the law or practice relating to legal professional privilege or client legal privilege.
