#### 73 Employer not to levy employees etc. An employer must not levy, or permit to be levied, on any of the employer’s employees any charge in respect of anything done or provided, in accordance with this Act or the regulations, in order to ensure the health, safety or welfare of the employees at work. > Note: An employer who breaches section 73 may be subject to civil action (see Schedule 2).
