72 Interference etc. with equipment etc.
(1) A person must not: (a) interfere with or render ineffective; or (b) require or otherwise cause another person to interfere with or render ineffective; any protective equipment or safety device provided for the health, safety or welfare of employees or contractors at work.
Note: A person who breaches section 72 may be subject to a criminal prosecution (see Schedule 2).
