#### 67 Delegation by Commission Where the Commission has, under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988, delegated its powers under this Division, this Division has effect as if any reference in this Division to the Commission or to a member of the Commission were a reference to the person to whom the power has been delegated.
