#### 57 Failure of witness to attend (1) A person served with a summons under section 56 must not: (a) fail to attend as required by the summons; or (b) fail to appear and report from day to day. > Note: A person who breaches section 57 may be subject to a criminal prosecution (see Schedule 2).
