#### 25C Employees must be notified of selection etc. of health and safety representative (1) The employer of employees in a designated work group must, by written instrument: (a) notify those employees of a vacancy in the office of health and safety representative for the designated work group within a reasonable time after the vacancy arises; and (b) notify those employees of the name of any person selected (whether under paragraph 25(3)(a) or 25(3)(b)) as health and safety representative for the designated work group within a reasonable time after the selection is made. (2) A notification under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
