7 Powers of Council
The Council has the following powers:
(a) [Section 7 Amended by No. 32 of 2010, s. 9, Applied:04 Nov 2010] to require any person to provide any information in that person's control that is relevant to the performance by the Council of its functions;
(b) to do all things necessary or convenient in connection with the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers under this or any other Act.
