17 Duty to provide information requested by Council
[Section 17 Amended by No. 32 of 2010, s. 13, Applied:04 Nov 2010] On receipt of the written request of the Council, a person must provide any information in that person's control that the Council –
(a) considers may be relevant to the performance of its functions; and
(b) has specified in the request.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
