sec.5D Prescribed condition for witnessing declarations— Act , s 16B
For section 16B (2) (a) of the Act , this section prescribes a condition for the witnessing, by a person prescribed under section 5B , of a type of declaration prescribed under section 5C . The condition is that the person must not be directly involved in the matter to which the contents of the declaration relates. s 5D ins 2024 SL No. 214 s 10 (sec.5D-ssec.1) For section 16B (2) (a) of the Act , this section prescribes a condition for the witnessing, by a person prescribed under section 5B , of a type of declaration prescribed under section 5C . (sec.5D-ssec.2) The condition is that the person must not be directly involved in the matter to which the contents of the declaration relates.
