29 Acceptance of financial assistance

The proprietor of a nursing home to which this Act applies may, notwithstanding anything contained in a law of a State: (a) enter into an agreement in accordance with the common form of agreement; (b) accept financial assistance given under an agreement so entered into and give effect to any conditions subject to which that assistance is given; and (c) give effect to any conditions to which an approval under this Act that relates to the proprietor is subject.
