25 Rights of proprietor at inquiry

Where a notice has been served on the proprietor of a nursing home under section 24: (a) the proprietor may appear in person, or may be represented by another person, at the inquiry to which the notice relates; and (b) if the proprietor appears, or is represented at the inquiry, he or she or his or her representative shall be given the opportunity to give evidence, or call witnesses, on behalf of the proprietor, to examine other witnesses appearing at the hearing and to address the committee.
