16 Nursing Homes Advisory Committee
(1) So far as is required for the purposes of this Act, there shall be for each State an advisory committee, called the Nursing Homes Advisory Committee for the State, which shall consist of: (a) a Chairman; and (b) 2 other members; who shall be appointed by the Minister. (2) Subject to this Act, a member of a committee holds office for a period of 3 years. (3) An act or decision of a committee is not affected by reason only of there being a vacancy in the membership of the committee.
