Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This regulation identifies a specific part of Casuarina Beach as an area where nudity is legally permitted (reg 2; Schedule). It changes who may lawfully be nude at that location: beach users gain an exception to general public-nudity restrictions, and public authorities and land managers carry responsibilities for marking, policing and managing that designated area.
