#### 9 Nuclear material to which this Part applies This Part applies to all nuclear material other than: (a) nuclear material in respect of which a declaration under subsection 11(1) is in force; (b) nuclear material in respect of which a declaration under subsection 11(3) is in force; and (c) nuclear material that, in accordance with the regulations, is nuclear material of a kind to which this Part does not apply.
