27 Mental health facility to notify NSW Trustee of certain orders—the Act, s 128(1)

(1) This section applies when the MHRT makes an order or interim order under the Act, Part 4.3, Division 1, that the estate of a patient of a mental health facility is subject to management under the Act.

(2) The authorised medical officer of the relevant mental health facility must give the NSW Trustee a copy of the MHRT’s order or interim order within 7 days after the order or interim order is made.
