For the Act, section 43(a), the authorised medical officer must give the information prescribed in Schedule 1.
Note—
The Mental Health Regulation 2025, Schedule 1, Form 2 prescribes the form of notice an authorised medical officer must give a designated carer and principal care provider of an assessable person under the Mental Health Act 2007, section 76(3).
