19 GST may be added
(1) The NSW Trustee may add GST to a fee determined in accordance with this part if GST is payable for the service or matter.
(2) If GST is added, the increased amount is taken to be the fee payable.
(3) This section has effect despite a provision of this part limiting the fee the NSW Trustee may charge.
(4) In this section—
GST has the same meaning as in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth.
