15 Fees for private management—the Act, s 128(2)(d)
(1) This section applies when a person other than the NSW Trustee is appointed to manage the estate of a managed person.
(2) The NSW Trustee may charge the following fees—
(a) a fee, payable once, of 6.5 fee units to establish the account for the managed person,
(b) an annual fee of no more than 3.75 fee units to file, examine and pass accounts.
