13 Execution of documents
(1) This section applies when the NSW Trustee executes documents other than for an estate administered by the NSW Trustee.
(2) The NSW Trustee may charge a fee of no more than 0.68 fee units for executing—
(a) an assurance of property by direction, or
(b) an assurance by confirmation, or
(c) a consent for a mortgagee to exercise powers under a mortgage.
