16 Attempted realisation of assets
NSW Trustee may charge to an estate a fee (not exceeding 3 fee units) for the work involved in attempting to realise an asset in the estate if—
(a) NSW Trustee made the attempt at the request of a beneficiary, and
(b) the asset is subsequently transferred or delivered unconverted into money to the beneficiary.
