New South Wales regulation
This Regulation replaces the 2015 instrument, comes into force on publication, authorises the appointed directors of the ICNSW Board as a class of authorised persons, and preserves any acts or arrangements that existed under the earlier Regulation. Who decides: the appointed ICNSW Board directors. Who pays: the instrument contains no new fees or financial obligations. Behaviour change: mainly administrative — it maintains prior legal effects while clarifying the delegation class.
