I, WARREN ERROL TRUSS, Minister for Transport and Regional Services:
- REVOKE all prior notices made under subsection 15(2) of the Sydney Airport Curfew Act 1995 (the Act), and
- Pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the Act, specify the types of jet aircraft listed in the Schedule to this instrument for the purposes of subsection 15(1) of the Act.
