#### 73 Validity of Ordinances For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that an Ordinance made by the existing Legislative Assembly under the previous Act (including an Ordinance that was not assented to before the commencing date) is as valid as if it had been passed by the Legislative Assembly under this Act.
