#### 61 Functions performed by specified persons An act done or decision made by, on behalf of, or in the name of, a person under a provision of the previous Act before the commencing date has effect on and after that date as if it had been done or made by, on behalf of, or in the name of, the appropriate person under the corresponding provision of this Act.
