#### 74 Civil penalty—failing to give notice etc. of meeting A community services entity contravenes this section if: (a) the entity is given a notice under subsection 73(1); and (b) the entity fails to give a thing required to be given to an observer within the time mentioned in subsection 73(2) or (3). Civil penalty: 50 penalty units. > Note 1: A person may be relieved, wholly or partly, from liability to which the person would otherwise be subject, or that might otherwise be imposed, because of the contravention: see section 84. > Note 2: An injunction may also be obtained from the Federal Court to enforce compliance with a direction: see section 89.
