#### 69 Civil penalty—failing to comply with direction A person contravenes this section if: (a) the person is given a direction under this Division; and (b) the person fails to comply with the direction. Civil penalty: 50 penalty units. > Note 1: A person may be relieved, wholly or partly, from liability to which the person would otherwise be subject, or that might otherwise be imposed, because of the contravention: see section 84. > Note 2: An injunction may also be obtained from the Federal Court to enforce compliance with a direction: see section 89.
