66Effect of varied funding agreement

#### 66 Effect of varied funding agreement (1) If a funding agreement is varied, as allowed by subsection 65(2), the variation: (a) takes effect on the day on which the variation is made; and (b) has effect, despite section 6, for the remainder of the term of the agreement. (2) If a funding agreement is taken to include the clause set out in Schedule 3 to this Act, the included clause has effect, despite section 6, for the remainder of the term of the agreement.
