43 Effect of Special Purposes Leases Act
(1) The Special Purposes Leases Act has effect, in relation to the following land that is the subject of a lease granted under that Act, subject to the modifications in this Subdivision: (a) land referred to in Part 4 of Schedule 1 to this Act; (b) any land in the Northern Territory prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section. (2) The Special Purposes Leases Act, as modified by this Subdivision, has effect as a law of the Northern Territory.
