#### 27 Keeping records of use of publicly funded computers (1) The responsible person for a publicly funded computer must ensure that a record is kept of: (a) each person who uses the computer; and (b) the time during which, and the day on which, each person uses the computer. > Note: A person commits an offence if the person contravenes this subsection (see section 30). (2) The responsible person must keep a record kept in respect of a day: (a) for 3 years from the first 30 November that follows that day; and (b) if the day is 30 November—for 3 years. > Note: A person commits an offence if the person contravenes this subsection (see section 30).
