17 Things to be taken into account in deciding whether to seize vehicles
(1) The Liquor Act has effect as if it included a provision in the same terms as subsection (2) of this section. (2) In deciding whether to seize a vehicle under section 95 of the Liquor Act, an inspector must have regard to: (a) whether the main use of the vehicle is for the benefit of a community as a whole; and (b) the hardship that might be caused to the community if the vehicle were seized.
