#### 105 Condition about monitoring and audits (1) It is a condition of a community store licence that the owner and the manager of the community store in relation to which a licence is in effect must: (a) allow the Secretary or an authorised officer to enter the premises of the store or stores to which the licence relates, for the purposes of auditing or monitoring compliance with the conditions of the licence; and (b) allow the Secretary or an authorised officer to inspect things at the premises; and (c) if requested to do so—produce to the Secretary or to an authorised officer documents and materials relevant to auditing and monitoring compliance. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit the conditions that may be imposed by legislative instrument (see section 124) or by the Secretary in the licence.
