102 Community store licence is subject to conditions
A community store licence is subject to the following conditions: (a) the conditions set out in sections 104 (satisfactory performance) and 105 (monitoring and audits); (b) the conditions (if any) specified by the Minister under section 124; (c) the conditions (if any) imposed by the Secretary at the time of issuing the licence; (d) the conditions imposed by the Secretary under section 107 after the licence is granted.
