100 Duration of community store licence
A community store licence has effect for the period: (a) beginning on the day specified in the licence or, if no day is specified, the day on which the licence is granted; and (b) ending on whichever of the following days occurs first: (i) the day specified in the licence as the day on which the licence ceases to be in effect; (ii) the day on which the licence is revoked; (iv) the day on which this Part ceases to have effect.
