92 Witnesses The Tribunal may: (a) require a witness to take an oath before giving evidence; and (b) require a witness to answer a question put by a member or a person appearing before the Tribunal that is determined by the Tribunal to be relevant to the proceeding. Note for section 92 A person who fails to take the oath or answer a question commits an offence of contempt under section 86.
