90 Person fails to comply with summons (a) the person has been served with a summons to appear before the Tribunal to give evidence; and (b) the person fails to do either or both of the following: (i) to attend as required by the summons; (ii) to appear and report from day-to-day unless excused, or released from further attendance, by a member. (a) the person has been served with a summons to produce evidentiary material; and (b) the person does not comply with the summons. (3) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a) and (2)(a). (4) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsections (1) or (2) if the defendant has a reasonable excuse. Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 38
