77 Disclosure of interests for members (1) This section applies to a member who constitutes, or is one of the persons constituting, the Tribunal for a proceeding and who has or acquires an interest that may conflict with the performance of the person's functions as a member in relation to the proceeding. (2) The member must disclose the nature of the member's interest to the President, or if the member is the President, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. (3) The member must not constitute, or be one of the persons constituting, the Tribunal for a proceeding except with the consent of all parties to the proceeding.
