70 Completion of part-heard proceedings (a) a person ceases to be a member other than by having the person's appointment terminated or death; and (b) the person constitutes, or is one of the persons constituting, the Tribunal for proceedings that are part-heard. (2) The person may continue to act as a member in order to enable the Tribunal to complete the proceedings and, for that purpose, is taken to continue to hold office as a member until the completion of the proceedings.
